Dr. Jyoti Thapa:

Dr. Jyoti Thapa brings a wealth of experience and a deep-rooted passion for family-oriented dental care to Central Family Dental. After graduating from New York University, School of Dentistry in 2007, Dr. Thapa started her dental career in New Hampshire and has over 15 years of dedicated service to the Dover community.

Specializing in restorative and aesthetic dentistry, Dr. Thapa excels in maintaining vibrant and healthy smiles. She is an advocate of preventive health and intervention with a focus on education and encouragement of strong personal oral care. Known for her gentle and soothing treatment methods, her approach to dentistry is best summed by a quote from one of her patients, “Dr. Thapa continues to be as professional & knowledgeable as always! 5 stars from me!!” This level of dedication and commitment has earned her a recognition by New Hampshire Magazine as a NH Top Dentist consecutively from 2016 to 2023.

Having made Dover her home since 2009, she is fully engaged in her community and can be seen cheering from the side lines of a baseball and soccer field or a basketball court. She lives here with her husband, son and a small Havanese dog. At Central Family Dental, she looks forward to providing the same exceptional care in a new environment that she and her patients will proudly call home.

Dr. Alex Latsilnik:

From his early days, ignited by the competitive spirit of schooling in the Russian Federation, Dr. Alex Latsilnik’s passion for dentistry knew no bounds. His quest for dental excellence took him to the prestigious St. Petersburg Medical/Dental University, where he emerged with his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 1999. A heart for pediatric dentistry led him to specialize, diving deep into the joys and challenges of treating young patients.

Venturing to the United States, Dr. Latsilnik’s relentless drive earned him a D.M.D. from Boston University’s Goldman School of Dental Medicine in 2011. Today, he brings a rich tapestry of global education and a diverse skill set to Central Family Dental. Known for his calm and compassionate demeanor, Dr. Latsilnik is a favorite among patients young and old.

Away from the dental chair, Dr. Latsilnik is an outdoor enthusiast, relishing time spent skiing, hiking, biking, and kayaking with his wife and two little adventurers.

Amanda Office Manager

"Amanda joined Central Family Dental from the very beginning, even working on a laptop during construction days. With 10+ years in dentistry, she began assisting in procedures from restorative work to oral surgery before moving into treatment coordination and clinical team leadership. She now uses her experience to enhance patient care. Outside the office, Amanda enjoys road racing, hiking in the White Mountains, and time with loved ones."

Sydney Hygienist

"Sydney joined the Central Family Dental team in March of 2025, bringing not only her expertise, but also her fun energy and clever ideas! She graduated from UNE in 2022, and has been practicing hygiene for 3 years. Sydney strives for excellent patient care while making sure to put a focus on education and home care. When not in the office, she likes to spend her time running, skiing, cycling, or at the beach with friends!"

Pam Hygienist

"Pam joined Central Family Dental in October 2024. She holds degrees in Dental Hygiene from Westbrook College (now UNE) and Health Management and Policy from the University of New Hampshire. Licensed in Maine and New Hampshire, she has worked in both public health and private practice. Pam values preventive care and patient education. She enjoys photography, kayaking, family time, and her two lively Rat Terriers."

Lindsay Hygienist

"Lindsay joined the Central Family Team in April of 2024. Lindsay graduated from UNE in 2016, and has been a hygienist for 10 years. In that time, Lindsay has made many lasting connections with patients, focusing on patient education while adding a touch of her infectious humor to each appointment! When not in the office, Lindsay can be found spending time and making memories with her family, including their newest edition in 2024!"

Erika Dental Assistant

"Erika joined Central Family Dental in June 2024 with 26 years of experience as a Dental Assistant. She began her career as a Registered Dental Assistant in California and later moved to New Hampshire, where she is now pursuing certification. Often working alongside Dr. Thapa, the two share plenty of laughs. Outside the office, Erika enjoys family time and proudly supports New Kids on the Block."

Ari Dental Assistant

"Ari joined Central Family Dental in April 2024 and has been a Dental Assistant for two years. Known for her quick learning and attention to detail, she is currently pursuing certification. While Ari helps in many areas, she’s most often found chairside with Dr. Alex. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her family, boyfriend, and dog, along with reading and exploring new crafts.!"
